Changes are never far from our door, whether it’s breaking up with an ex, relocating to a new city, the death of a relative, or the loss of a job. Even good changes, such as having a baby or getting a new job, can be stressful. Change isn’t easy but there are ways to cope with change that can make it feel less scary.The Resistance to change can have an extremely powerful effect on whether or not a change model is accepted and implemented by the larger whole.
