Successfully completed the first phase (CONCOCT 2022) of the Certification And Mastery Program (CAMP 2022) by the National Institute for Training and Educational Research in collaboration with Life Foundation, and Youth Resource Centre Ernakulam (Under the Aegis of UN Volunteers India, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, UNDP) at Govt. Youth Hostel, Veli from 11th November 2022 to 13th November 2022. As part of the program, I have presented a session on “Audience Analysis and Connect” which helped me to think about where I stand now as a Trainer and Facilitator. The 1st phase of the training program was a wonderful experience. Sessions by the experts, brainstorming activities, presentations, and group activities helped me identify myself and understand what changes to make when it comes to the next phase.
